Uninterrupted Block Deliveries in a Day/Night Format
When the completion of an entire project depends on the speed of delivery, experience in efficient process organisation comes to the fore. To support the project, Terminal Logistics Services organised uninterrupted deliveries of construction materials for the Aktogai deposit.
The logistics were organised on a 24/7 basis, including weekends and public holidays, which made it possible to maintain continuous movement of transport, with a crew of two drivers on each vehicle.
The route ran from Tianjin (China) through the Nurly Zhol border crossing (Kazakhstan) to Aktogai (Kazakhstan). In total, 938 tonnes of construction materials were transported. Thanks to the well-thought-out route organisation and the coordinated work of the teams, the average transit time of one vehicle was 7–9 days, which significantly reduced standard delivery times.
Delivery was carried out in three coordinated blocks:
The first block of 7 vehicles was dispatched on 16 August 2022;
The second block of 11 units — on 22 August;
The third block of 9 units — on 29 August.
The Terminal Logistics Services team ensured continuous cargo movement for the project, prompt completion of border procedures, including customs clearance and safe delivery of cargo to the site. Thanks to the high level of organisation and coordinated work, all deliveries were completed strictly on schedule, confirming the company's ability to manage logistics flows with a high degree of precision and reliability.
